Refund Policy: Guarantee of Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, contact info@charitygreetings within 10 days from the date of receipt and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping costs.

Although our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction, the guarantee does not cover the following:

• Customer errors in spelling, punctuation or grammar.
• Poor reproduction resulting from low-resolution images supplied by the customer.
• Any errors caused by the customer during the design of your card.
• Errors caused by customer incorrectly selecting any of the user fields.
• Our proofing stage is your opportunity to review your order for accuracy. CharityGreetings.ca is not responsible for proofing your order.
